Founded in 2023 by Sofie Raznatovic and Christophe van Pottelsberghe, Razna was created with one purpose: to use football as a powerful tool for growth, education, and opportunity. Our mission goes far beyond developing better footballers. We help young people build confidence, character, resilience, and the mindset to succeed, both on and off the pitch.
For Sofie, this mission is deeply personal. Her own journey taught her that determination, belief, and the right guidance can change a life. That vision became the heart of Razna. The tiger in our logo represents the values we stand for every day: courage, resilience, ambition, and the determination to keep moving forward, no matter the obstacles.
Christophe brings decades of experience as a player, coach, scout, sporting director, and football executive. Having worked at every level of the game, he understands that true talent is about more than technical ability. It is about attitude, discipline, character, and creating the right environment for young people to thrive.
Together with an international network of coaches, scouts, analysts, mentors, clubs, and partners, we identify talent, create opportunities, and guide players throughout their journey. Whether that means taking their first steps in football or preparing them for the professional game, every player receives personal attention and a pathway designed around their potential.

Having overcome significant challenges herself, she founded Razna Sports Academy to give young people the opportunities she knows can make all the difference. Driven by empathy, resilience, and a deep sense of purpose, Sofie has built more than a football academy, she has created a community where every young person feels valued, supported, and inspired to dream bigger.
Her vision continues to shape everything Razna stands for: hope, opportunity, and lasting impact.

Football has shaped Christophe's entire life.
With decades of experience as a player, coach, scout, sporting director, youth manager, and club president, he has dedicated his career to developing young talent. He believes that technical ability is only one part of the journey. Character, discipline, resilience, and the right environment are what truly unlock a player's potential.
His mission is simple: help every young athlete become the best version of themselves, on and off the pitch.

Lennert combines elite football experience with modern coaching expertise. Having developed within professional academies and studied Sports Management, he understands what it takes to help young players reach the next level.
"Great players are developed one step, one session, and one challenge at a time."
Henri represents the future Razna believes in.
At just fourteen years old, he founded Young Lions United, a football initiative that brings young people together through sport while supporting children who have fewer opportunities. What started as a school project quickly grew into a movement built on friendship, leadership, and social impact.
Henri is living proof that age should never limit ambition. He doesn't wait for opportunities, he creates them. His energy, initiative, and desire to give back perfectly reflect the values at the heart of Razna Sports Academy.
He reminds us that changing the world doesn't begin when you're older.
